I usually check these things out but it looked so plausible ....
actually that scheme and others like it could easily be used to lure someone
out of a car. Even though this appears to be an urban legend, I think it
would serve well if folks would consider this a "parable" and heed its
advice. Be careful, if things don't look or feel right or if your in a dark
place, just drive away from the area. And don't forget the copy cats ...
some jerk may think this is a neat way to hijack a car and decide to imitate
it.
