Here are the minutes of the Board meeting of Nov 17th, corrections,
additions or deletions to me as soon as possible, thanks, 73's again,

CARROLL COUNTY AMATEUR RADIO CLUB BOARD Minutes
The Board of Directors of the Carroll County Amateur Radio Club met on
November 17th at the Fire Training Center, members present were, Jerry
N3GQK; Doug N5LBJ; Chuck N3TOT; John AK3Z; Steve N3SB; Bill N3WM and Joe
N3YIM.
Chuck N3TOT gave a report of his activities as Liaison Officer; he
stated that his presence at several meetings so far has really been a
plus for the club in many ways; he will continue to attend as many times
a necessary to represent the club.
Steve N3SB made the following announcements; the December board
meeting will be held at Johanssons on December 15th at 6:30PM; Larry has
reported that the Emergency Equipment List will be presented to the
County soon; Steve has invited George and Bill from the County Emergency
Communications Office to the Holiday Dinner; the Florida Toy fund will
be sent $223.00 from the club; at the January meeting Pat N8PK will give
his AMSAT presentation; the nominations committee are recruiting persons
to run for club offices; the CCARC Ham of the Year was selected and will
be presented during the Holiday Dinner on Dec 5th.
Joe N3YIM gave a report of the remote site work on Tuesday, Hanky's
tech could not find the board that he thought was left at the site last
time, they returned to Frederick to find it, when I left at 11AM they
had not returned, while waiting for them Larry WX3F made the necessary
repairs to the receiver.
Joe N3YIM reported on the Holiday Dinner, we need to pay B&B in full
by Nov 29th, the menu is selected and he will take the check to them
tomorrow, so far 10 people have paid up, we have a guarantee of 40
persons, he will have the plaque for Ham of the Year purchased and
engraved at Lambs Trophy and Engraving.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 9PM.
