Dear CCARC VHF experts;

Thanks for the many detailed responses.  There is one
winner of the best VHF antenna award and it's the
Diamond 7900.  Very big for a VHF antenna, not
magnetically mountable with a single magnet, however
almost everyone who responded said this was the best -
by FAR.

It's great to have such a wealth of information to
draw on...thanks to everyone for responding.
