I had sent you a direct e-mail awhile ago stating that I would be happy =
to either help you out on the Membership Committee or assume the Chair, =
if you wish.  Perhaps you didn't get it?  Oh well...  The offer still =
stands.  As the bulk of the membership chair duties are keeping the =
records up to date, I can probably do most of it at home. I have a =
rather variable schedule.

Let me know your thoughts.
