The FCC has released its NPRM to amend Part 15 regarding new requirements
and measurement guidelines for Access Broadband over Power Line (BPL)
systems. Docket 04-37 is available for review at the FCC's website,
http://www.fcc.gov . The ARRL has also announced this news --
http://www.arrl.org .  I can mail this info to anyone that wants it.

Please take the time now to carefully review the NPRM and related
documents, so that we all can understand what we're dealing with.
