Larry For some reason I did not get the original message. I think ARRL.NET was down. I will have 2 meter and 450 capability along with emergency power from the house. I should have mobile capability and possibly a 25 - 50 watt "suitcase" 2 meter/450 setup. I will try to be available for duty, but in Carroll County only. Frank K3MTT L
