   Gentlemen,
   Hope everyone had a great summer.
   Just a reminder for the COMMEX tomorrow, Tuesday, 
SEP 9, 2003, 1930 local time. The SEP exercise is 
typically a communications check activity.
   The ERP will be activated for RACES to support our 
jurisdiction's emergency management offices.
   CRN and WRN will be operational.
   It is suggested that each jurisdiction might use the 
opportunity of the exercise to check out which repeaters 
and/or simplex frequencies could be used to communicate 
with neighboring jurisdictions. This will facilitate your 
operations during the SET on OCT 4.
   Have a good exercise.
