Good Evening John,

	I will be going on Saturday. What night are you planning on
going to the station?? Also, if you are going to the station this week
can you show me where the key vault is located. I went to the EOC on
Saturday and the front door was locked and could not get in. Steve told
me that he would show me when he sees me next time, but I figure that
you could also.

We will need several club members to hand out flyers and place them on
parked cars, etc at the BARC hamfest this weekend on Saturday and
Sunday. We will have copies of the flyers ready this week and would like
to know who can be available on what days this weekend to help hand them
out.

Please let me know if and when you can help (what day) so that we can
arrange to get you some flyers.
