Well, boys and girls, while you're keeping cool (and looking even cooler)
during these dog days of summer in your OFFICIAL CCARC LOGO WEAR that is
the envy of the civilized Amateur Radio world, it isn't too early to start
thinking about those all important Fall Fashions.  Due to a growing number
of requests from the membership, specifically those who read their copy of
GQ before they read their QST, we will again be putting together an order.
Remember, we need a MINIMUM of 20 items in order to receive the B & B
Embroidery discount of 20%.

Provided that the Bored (of Directors) approves it, I will begin taking your
orders via e-mail ONLY between August 1 and August 15. No latecomers, no
extensions, no excuses. Period. Amen. QED. Roger. Wilco. Over and Out. (Is
that a QSL, WX3B?)  My free time (not to mention my patience) is very
limited.  After last time, I am definitely out of my happy little mind to go
through  THIS again!

Approval of the BOD is necessary because they will need to OK the issuing of
a check drawn on club funds to pay for the total order.  The members will be
responsible for reimbursing the club for their individual orders.  If they
don't approve, I don't move.  If I do not receive a minimun order of 20
items, the deal is off and you will have to order directly from B&B.

website or e-mail your questions to them for available items.  E-Mail me
your name, items, quantities, prices, sizes, shapes, colors, additional
embroidery, etc.  Don't lose these instructions.  (Do I hear a Big 10-4 on
that, Phil?)

We have to move fast in order to get the stuff so that you will look good
for the hamfest in October.
