[K3PZN-List] Radio Truck update

Although I know pretty much nothing about all that
needs to be done, I'm willing to learn and help. And
for things with limited space like changing oil
without a lift, I could probably do that fairly
easily. i do believe we need to volunteer our efforts
though not just volunteer our money.
