for Amateur involvement in the CUSEC HF Radio Communication Test.

CUSEC HF radio Test will be August 18th at 3pm CST time...(1900_UTC)
Indiana will be the NCS for this test, check in with them.
Indiana will be Using call sign (WGY965 on FNARS) & (W9SEM on ham radio).
Frequencies to be used for the test:
(FNARS) harris equipment....14.3965 Mhz or Ch F39 ( WGY965 )
Ham radio ..................14.313 Mhz +or- 6 Khz ( W9SEM )

There were no details other than the above given.
Propagation may make it necessary to gather stations on the MESN 75M net
and utilize a relay station on 20M.
Unless you are specifically authorized to transmit on the FNARS frequency
DO NOT TRANSMIT on 14.3965. It is provided only so that you may opt to
listen there after your part of the exercise has concluded.
Please disseminate widely.
