I'd like to add that the dealine for filing reply comments is today, if 
you want to put your feeling on the record this is your chance to do so. 
I followed the links from www.qrz.com and filed a reply comment (link:

) a week or so ago. In order to be proper any comments filed at this 
point will need to be a reply to another comment, so either find a 
comment you like (such as ARRL's) and file a reply in support of it 
and/or find one you don't like and point out its flaws. I took the PLC's 
comments and poked at two of their assertions. In retrospect I could 
have done better with some references to the PLC's lack of interference 
complaints being in direct conflict with other studies (ARRL's) but 
that's hind sight for ya.
