Members,

The Education Committee was busy during the April meeting administering
license exams and, therefore, was unavailable to let the membership know
that there will indeed be an Education Committee for the 2003 club year.
The Education Committee (aka "The Three Wisemen") is comprised of Clint "The
Dean" Brosenne W3ARS (Chairman), Bryan "The Morsemeister" Kent AA3XZ, and Al
"The Old Prof" Bisasky, K3ZE.

Among the things that have been discussed by the EdComm (don't ya' just love
acronyms?) are a classroom class for Amateur Radio Emergency Communications
Course Level I.  The class will be taught by the EdComm's newest Adjunct
Professor Keith " Send Help" Krischinsky KB3HHK who is now taking the
internet version of the course.  We will also take a straw pole of those
wishing to take a General Class License seminar.

We're always looking for new talent to help with the classes.
