President Beckman set the agenda for the evening, we will discuss the
Holiday Dinner menu, awards, and calling members; the budget; station
committee budget increase and the member vests.

Jerry N3GQK, reported for the Station committee on new equipment
recently purchased, there will be an upgrade of the VHF/UHF radios;
other items for the Station committee were reported by John AK3Z with
additional money available, if approved by the membership, he will
revise his requests for accessories for the station and the computers
required to meet our mission. Jim K4CGY, has two headsets he will sell
the club at his cost, these were on the initial list for the station.

President Beckman ask if the Station committee would make a motion to
increase their budget at the next club meeting, John AK3Z, responded
that he would reevaluate the committees recommendations in light of the
recent purchases and make the motion, Steve N3SB, requested that the
committee not exceed $1800.

Steve N3SB reported that with the increase in budgets for the Holiday
Dinner, the Station committee (if approved), the food for Sweepstakes,
reflective vests and shelving for the barn, we still have a balanced budget.

Clint W3ARS, mentioned he had received a flyer from a New York club
about a raffle of a nice radio in the $600 to $700 range, they were to
sell 200 tickets at $10.00 each thus clearing $1300 to $1400 dollars,
Steve N3SB replied that this may be a possibility for our club, selling
tickets at the Tailgate Fest and hold the drawing at the Hamfest, this
will be taken under consideration after the first of the year.

Roast Beef, Seafood Newburg, Beef Stroganoff, Macaroni and Cheese, Green
