Also the club has some paper plate,bowls,cups, etc.
Two Grill are in the shed with other supplies.
If you like we can go over the stock in the shed.
Let me know when is a good time for you.Maybe this saturday
or sunday. Sunday before classes is best for me.About 5;30 pm.
How many people that will there. Boy that a big ???
A guess would be the best I could do.
50 dogs 50 hams(bugers) and some chickern, with rolls should do.
Lot of ice,soda,tea and yes coffee.Remember sunday morning.
Donuts, beagels something like that.
Also You may want to see if there is a need or want for caffine free
drinks. Last year I made a little run for ice and drinks after
the picnic.About 8:30pm saturday. Clint
