Special dietary needs?  How about fillet mignon with Maine lobster tails on
the side or New York strip with crab cakes.  Fresh swordfish is great on the
grill.  Or perhaps Mahi-Mahi.

Cowboy coffee!  You mean coffee that is too thick to drink, but not thick
enough to walk on?  How about Starbuck's Yukon or Sumatra?  Does the club
own equipment to do lattes and cappuccino?  Or, better yet, Irish Coffee!
