Frank,
Yes I'm F-day Committee Chairperson.
You doing a great job at this. You can be the contract
person for the club.Just keep us update on what you find out.
The site will be pick by the committee at the next meeting.
I droved down there today.A lot of sport being played there.
3or4 baseball and one soccer game.Plus the scouts were there too.
MAY 26 at 4:00pm is the FD Committee meeting. If you can find out
at we can used the park by then.
Any site that contacts are made with will be view.
Frank maybe with the call to park and recreation you could
let them know what, why and WHERE.If Freedom park isn't GOOD. Maybe
see if any other park will work. Like Piney run or Hashawha.
I know the poeple at those two.But the ok comes from parks
and recreation. For them too. Hashawha need a letter stating the
event.Piney run is a day park.????? No camping without the ok from dept.of
P+C
Any way Frank thanks for being the contact person.
