I echo the sentiments expressed by Al and several CCARC'ers over this
reflector, but have to ask if we as a club fulfilled our responsibilities.
Did CCARC thank the Gamber VFD by letter (and perhaps a personal "thank you"
visit) for each of the years we used the grounds?
If "no", it would seem that we have taken them for granted and this is their
way of "repaying" us. Someone please tell me that we do, indeed, say Thank
You.
If "yes", then it is truly a money issue.
In any event, let's move on. I "vote" for Hashawa and tents (and wish I
could join in the fun).
