As required by the current by-laws everyone should be receiving a copy 
in the mail of the proposed update. I dropped them off Saturday and a 
few stragglers went on Monday. Everyone should have their paper copy by 
the weekend.

Ray - sorry to steal this job from you but I didn't want to delay and 
make the process slip another month. If you feel cheated I'll let you 
balance the check book next month.
