[K3pzn-board] Board Meeting Cancelled Monday

Only topic of discussion for this week's board meeting is the release of
revised Club by-laws for members to consider and vote in at the September
meeting.  Given Pete and Pat are out of town and can't attend, Ray
unavailable for family (wedding) reasons, not given a time when Steve will
return, and not heard from Larry, I am planning to have the Board discussion
at the Tailgate fest tomorrow.  Andy and John (KWO) and yours truly will be
there.  No need to infringe upon your personal time for Monday this month.
