[K3pzn-board] Christmas Party - VFW Menu Selections and pricing

We decided on $10 for all attendees at the board meeting, same as last year.

At the board meeting, Tom mentioned he would look into some gifts and table 
pieces.  Before John and I start acquiring things, I'd like to make sure we 
are not duplicating effort.  So, Tom, are you planning on getting anything? 
Anyone else?

Also, looking for any ideas for gifts and such.  I am planning to order 
various tool kits from Harbor Freight.

The VFW also charges tax on the food, so 15.90 per plate plus $3 tip is 
$18.90.

$350 for gifts and table settings seem like a good number for a budget.  If 
we have 30 attendees, total cost to the club is 30 x $8.90 + $350 = $617. 40 
attendees = $706.

Anyone going by the ETC?  Need the raffle tickets and coffee can.
