[K3pzn-board] Tailgatefest June Dates Available

Let's give ourselves credit for exploring, and make sure Mike knows his 
suggestion is appreciated, and was explored - and mostly ruled out since the 
location is unavailable.    


I had misgivings about a ham activity on father's day - its tough enough to 
arrange activities around Sunday worship for those of us who do .... The gang is 
Hagerstown moved their hamfest to Saturday and it was a big success for them (of 
course I respect folk that worship on Saturday).  Sounds like we are staying 
put.

Guys:

Last evening Steve, Chuck and I discussed the possibility of moving our 
Tailgatefest to Father's Day next year in order to get away from the 
heat of August. I spoke with Nicole at the Ag Center to see if the 
facility was available. It is not...they have the Farmers Market on 
Saturday (18th) and a Scouts camping event on Sunday (19th).

The only open weekend dates that are available in June are:

June 4 & 5
June 11 & 12
June 26th (no good - Field Day)

So unless there are no other events in the area on the available dates 
we are stuck with the August time slot.
