Jim ... I'm sure we have some money set aside to
offset the cost so we will have to determine what
the price to the club member will be. I don't have
the final budget sheet handy but  WILLIAM
NEERIEMER(bneeriemer at verizon.net) club treasurer
would have that info.  Also, many of the years we
called and invited members to the dinner and got
some numbers that way. Maybe you and the board
could split up the roster (got to get a current
one from Bill) and make the calls.

The next Board meeting is the Wed before
Thanksgiving. I can't make it as I have relatives
that are coming to town. I would imagine that's a
bad night for a few folks.  (JOHN TAKE NOTE!!!!!).
Maybe we can get it changed to Mon or Tues or even
Sat morning breakfast.

Dear CCARC Holiday Party Planners;

The price of the Holiday Inner is approximately
$25.00 per adult, including Taxes and Gratuity.  

For that price, we get a choice of 3 entrees, 3
"casseroles", 3 vegetables, desert, coffee, tea, &
salad bar.  I will provide the suggested menu to
the board for approval shortly, once the finances
are approved/discussed.

Children 10 & under are approximately $13.00, and
children 3 and under are approximately $4.00 per
person.


Please let me know what you would like to:

a)  Charge members
b)  Charge "guests"
c)  Charge children

I will announce this - hopefully late this week
and ask folks to submit payment in advance to our
P.O.
Box.  I understand that at least half the folks
generally pay "at the door".
