[K3pzn-board] Holiday Dinner Price Per Person?

Dear CCARC Holiday Party Planners;

The price of the Holiday Inner is approximately $25.00
per adult, including Taxes and Gratuity.  

For that price, we get a choice of 3 entrees, 3
"casseroles", 3 vegetables, desert, coffee, tea, &
salad bar.  I will provide the suggested menu to the
board for approval shortly, once the finances are
approved/discussed.

Children 10 & under are approximately $13.00, and
children 3 and under are approximately $4.00 per
person.


Please let me know what you would like to:

a)  Charge members
b)  Charge "guests"
c)  Charge children

I will announce this - hopefully late this week and
ask folks to submit payment in advance to our P.O.
Box.  I understand that at least half the folks
generally pay "at the door".
