Keith:

I understand that you would like to have the flexibility to buy with a 
credit card. The van budget only has $326.48 remaining for FY 2005. Is it 
really worth it since this would be another account for the new treasurer 
to track. Of course you  would need to keep track of the  receipts and 
submit them to the treasurer. Your total budget was $500 so the your $750 
request is too high unless your committee can get a budget increase next FY.

I agree with Frank that it needs to be discussed in more detail.
