[K3pzn-board] CONTACT WITH AG CENTER

As a VE team member AND Hamfest Committee member, my personal
preference would be to hold the VE session(s) in the block house at
the AG center. I feel that there are certain advantages keeping it on
site, such as:

1) While still on there 'high' from passing the exam, new hams are
immediately exposed to ham gear at discount prices!

2) It keeps the exam team close to the event. There is more
excitement in the air when we are right where the event is.

3) If extra help is needed somewhere, the exam team is close by and
so is the rest of the committee.

On a related note: As of today, Monday October 25th, the weather
forcast for the Mason Dixon Hamfest is:

Saturday Night - 10/30
Partly cloudy. Lows around 50.

Sunday - 10/31
Partly cloudy. Highs in the upper 60s.

And I have a comment for the Committee Chair: Please remind everyone
that, in the 'spirit' of Holloween, we should all be required to dress
up as ham radio operators.
