Anytime is OK with me. I included directions below to my house from the FTC
for you to include in a meeting notice.

>From the Fire Trainning Center, take route 32 towards 97 to Old Washington
Road (between the college and the YMCA). Turn right onto Old Washington
Road and proceed for 0.4 miles to the first road on the right, which is
Warfieldsburg Road. Turn Right onto Warfieldsburg Road and proceed 0.3
miles until a group of three mailboxes (64, 68 and 88) on the right. Turn
right on to the long shared driveway. My house (#88) is the brown house at
end of the shared driveway.

>Thanks for the update, Rob. I hope everything went well. The BOD is aware
>of your insurance concerns and rest assured you and your insurance carrier
>will NOT be held liable for any damages. It is the intent of the van
>committee to meet very soon so that we can begin work on the van and
>ultimately get it out of your hair expeditiously.
>
>Before I post a meeting date, I wanted to check with you as to which
>evening or weekend day would be acceptable for a preliminary walk through
>and discussion for van modifications.
>
>Thanks for your hospitality! If we had such a thing, you'd have my vote
>for 'Ham of the Month' for June!

>The van is now at my house!! I removed the keys and locked the doors. I
>assume this is understood, but I will state it just in case. The van is
>NOT covered by my home or auto insurance. The club is responsible for
