Thanks for the update, Rob.  I hope everything went well.  The BOD is aware 
of your insurance concerns and rest assured you and your insurance carrier 
will NOT be held liable for any damages.  It is the intent of the van 
committee to meet very soon so that we can begin work on the van and 
ultimately get it out of your hair expeditiously.

Before I post a meeting date, I wanted to check with you as to which evening 
or weekend day would be acceptable for a preliminary walk through and 
discussion for van modifications.

Thanks for your hospitality!  If we had such a thing, you'd have my vote for 
'Ham of the Month' for June!

The van is now at my house!!  I removed the keys and locked the doors.  I 
assume this is understood, but I will state it just in case.  The van is NOT 
covered by my home or auto insurance.  The club is responsible for providing 
any desired insurance coverage and assumes any risks associated with parking 
the van on my property.  I don't anticipate any trouble, but unfortunately 
these days such liability matters have to be considered.  If the van is 
going to be here for a while, this should be addressed in the documentation 
that the van committee is working on and signed off by the board.

I copied the BOD mailing list, but I am not sure if it is a secured list 
that will bounce my message.  If so, can one of you forward this for me?
