Does your use policy permit unsolicited Emailing of a HAM nature 
such as the announcement of a Hamfest? If so the Carroll County 
Amateur Radio Club would like to be permitted to use whatever the 
permissible means that is available on your site. Limited mailings 
to selected users etc.

Please let me know one way or another your specific policies 
regarding this type of mailing and if permitted, do you have any 
listings or tools that would facilitate a selective mailing to 
Maryland area amateurs.
