Hey Guys:

Here is the updated and final hamfest report. The only change is the door 
prize cost. Even though the Adelphia ad was paid for by a donation, I show 
it as an expense so we have a clear picture of the total money spent. The 
caterer did not pay for use of the kitchen ($75)  instead, they provided 
free coffee for all club workers. This was an agreement that started last 
year and everyone agreed to continue it this year.
