Hi Steve:
I hope to get a final report out this evening, but we have netted $4312 
before expenses. NOT BAD! Can you give me the cost of the prizes so I can 
put it in my report? Also, the information on who to pay or reimburse ok?

I deposited the money this morning ($5376), which included the $1000 
change, 3 membership renewals, gate and  table sales.

I spoke to Wilhelm's and discussed a few glitches in their catering yesterday.

1. No enough help to keep continuous flow of food when changing over from 
breakfast to lunch
2. Ran out of coffee
3. Crab soup not up to par

He thinks they were caught off guard with more people attending than we've 
had in previous years. I explained to him the importance of continuous food 
service for us and he agreed. They want our business, so hopefully these 
problems won't happen again. We also spoke briefly about catering the 
tailgate fest in August. They have a tent they can use if required.
