Microshaft actually are recalling their tpm requirement.
You can also debloat windows 11 at install and make it run on pretty much any 10 year old or less computer. Again TPM was a suggestion, not a requirement thanks to many people that worked hard with the RUFUS project to remove the silly bs microshaft had placed in the os
