[K3CAL] Operations and use of a TYT-2017

Hello Members-
I own a TYT Digital Transceiver Md-2017.I have watched videos on how to program it and I have. I have read the manual but I cant transmit on it not even in Analog. I have a the DMR radio ID number.  I need help!
Please any help appreciated.
