POTA is great fun!
If you activate at Calvert Cliffs you can go for a twofer if you activate
within Calvert Cliffs Natural area

US-10781 Calvert Cliffs Natural Area
US-1562 Calvert Cliffs State Park

Note that the parking lots are not in the Natural area. I am not sure if
the pavilions are either.

If you want to make it a Fiver you would have to go more portable and hike
the 2 miles out to the beach then you could also activate the water trails
US-4581 Star-Spangled Banner National Historic Trail
US-4567 Captain John Smith Chesapeake National Historic Trail
US-4582 Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary Route National Historic Trail
Also comes down the bay
