[K3CAL] Net Control needed for tonight's net

I honestly Believe this is a Chance for one of the newer members to call
the Net.
This is not hard and gives a great start to handling a Net if the need
should arise.
It Gets old The SAME People that take on the responsibility and it's up to
all of us to have a responsibility to participate.    If you mess up a lil
bit, no one cares. It's called Training.
