Thanks for all of the replies.
Johnathan, that confirms my suspicions, there is something about their marketing-advertising style that raised an eyebrow with me.
I like the concept of the 4patriots 2000kw generator for whatever needs to be run. Although running an amateur station off of a 12 volt power supply, connected to an inverter, connected to a battery, just doesn't make sense to me. Too many conversion from AC to DC to AC back to DC. Seems like a lot of loss to me.
Currently I use a 70 amp rack mount power supply with the Battery Backup feature to run the ham shack. At one time I was using lead acid deep cycle batteries. It's nice because, the 70 amp power supply runs the rigs. When commercial power drops out, the batteries instantly take over. I have been in the middle of on air transmissions when the commercial power dropped out and no one even noticed.
The batteries went bad some time ago and gear has changed in the shack. So, I'll need both a 12 VDC backup source and an inverted AC power source to keep the station up and running in it's current configuration. I'm considering connecting a bioenneo battery with a power gate to the currently in use 70 amp 12 volt power supply. I would then also have to connect an inverter to provide back up power to the battery as well in order to power the AC powered gear.
This is getting too complicated.

I will also add a +1 for jackery, but Johnathan is right to ask about power requirements.

I would shy away from 4patriots. They rebrand and markup everything they sell. And their shipping reviews are horrible.
Ecoflow, jackery are good brands. What are your power requirements?
