[K3CAL] Testing

  I have been telling the new guys that you don't even have to know how to
use a radio to get extra class..
 Someone did it. Here's how to take all 3 tests at the same time. Study for
all the tests.
 Most of the time you spend studying the old way is spent relearning what
you forgot from the last test. Studying, testing, playing ,and upgrading
takes a long time.
  The new guy set up his radio for the repeater echo link and QRZ.  You
don't need to know how to use a radio.  Now he is on the top looking down
and can be what ever kind of radio guy he wants to be.
