[K3CAL] Help with tower regulations

Taken care of.  I sent Richard the link to the applicable section of the Calvert zoning ordinance.  If anyone is interested, a cut and paste is attached.

Calvert is currently re-writing their whole zoning ordinance, so this may/will change.
