[K3CAL] Help with tower regulations

I had no problem putting mine up. There were restrictions about how close to the property line it could be, and you will be required to pull an electrical permit- which requires a licensed electrician - but the inspector who did the final inspection only wanted to see that it was properly grounded. I did have to get a sign off that it did not impact my septic system, but that was no big deal. Really, the permit process was pretty painless.
Hope that helps.

With the size of the property you are looking for I don't think you will have an issue. I know a guy that once had several acres here and had a groundhog problem. He asked about shooting them. Cops essentially said fire away.
