>     Repeater Committee:  Bill H N3XMZ, Don Kirby Trustee K3RA, Dave Weaver N3PQS, Bob Sheskin N3PPH, Shawn N3AE plus one other.
>     2 meter repeater in Prince Frederick at SHA. Will be moving to hospital soon.  Ironing out details and acquiring antenna, hardline and hardware.
>     Membership:  We currently have 10 paid up members.  Need to reach out and get new members and encourage renewals to lapsed and former members.
>     Guest speaker later:  Promoted to Maryland Wing Commander today. Calvert County has 23 cadets.  Currently no Comms Officer. More later
>     Audit Committee Report sent. Most didn’t get the report.  Shawn will resend.  Reports minor accounting errors but books are in good shape.  Missing details were added to books to correct.
>     RACES:  County still waiting for antennae. Nothing new from Al Jeffreys. Exercises coming up.
>     Website:  Volunteers solicited to upgrade and maintain website.  Bill H, Dave H, Shawn D, Bob S, Jim T, Adrienne Y.
>     Break at 2009 for coffee, cookies and raffles (radio and 50/50)
>     Back to order at 2020.  Yaesu FTM3200DR vhf analog/digital radio won by Dick Ratcliffe W3RBR.  Proceeds of $65 to CARA.  Radio donated by Jim Tetlow K3UGA.   50/50 pot of $20.
>     Won by Dave Hardy KB3RAN $10 donated to club.
>     Guest Speaker:  Wes LaPre Maryland Wing Commander Civil Air Patrol formerly Calvert Commander.
>     Cadets train as Ground Team Members and go on missions; real and practice search and rescue ops.
>     Cadets get credentialled after training.
>     Communications training:  Signals from ground to plane, plane to ground, radio ops.  Have repeaters, command center, vehicles and air mobile transceivers.
>     Command Center: ALE and HF antennae.  Monitor marine, search and rescue, CERT comm channels
>     EPIRB tracking:  Some real and most false alarms but good for tracking practice. And they practice with flyovers tossing out transmitters.  (Fox Hunt)
>     A part of US Air Force which pays for STEM, flight training, UAV flight, and simulator training
>     $66 Adult membership and $35 for cadets annually.  To join:  Fingerprinted, FBI check, pay dues then train as radio operator, ground search and rescue, ride on flights, assist with parades and air shows.  Then teach radio skills under their Professional Leadership Training program
>     Local unit looking for experienced radio operators to train cadets for ground team radio procedures, phonetic alphabet and numbers.  Train Command Center Communications Officers on setting up radio networks, antennae, and operations.
>     Calvert CAP meets Tuesday 7PM at German Chapel Baptist Church.  1st Tues is development, 2nd is emergency management training.
>     They will have a class aimed toward Command Post Operators Exercise on April 25th in Easton, MD. Discussed possibly fielding an NVIS Antenna Day station at Easton.
>     Lots of questions and interest by club members.  Thanks to Wes Lapre for the great presentation.  Secretary will send a thank you.

>     New Business:  Don says our by laws are not up to date regarding the meeting date.  Secretary will contact past Secretary to get correct wording and update bylaws and post on website and make printed copies available.
