[K3CAL] Some final adjustments on the Motorola repeater

The repeater is indeed doing well. I was on top of Hawksbill Mountain in Shenandoah Nation Park today and had a QSO with Steve, N3BPM, using a Baofeng HT with a 18 inch whip antenna. The repeater was at full quieting at my location.
