[K3CAL] Some final adjustments on the Motorola repeater

Hello all.

We have made some final adjustments on the Motorola repeater. 

The time is set correctly now.

The tone squelch is activated on the transmit as well as to receive side. If
you do not want to listen to the people of Pennsylvania just activate your
tone squelch and the only thing you will hear is Cara's repeater

by the way, if you don't know what the tone is 156.7 MHz tone squelch.
