[K3CAL] Field Day Arrival & Set-Up

Set-up is scheduled to begin around 9:00am, at least that's when Dave Hardy
told me he would be there.

I'll plan on being there about 8:30am for anyone who wants to come a little
earlier.  I got in touch with the county and the guy who takes care of the
building said he wold see that the AC is good for the weekend.
