This the tentative line up.  I will print a few copies of the next version in the morning.  If you want to print this one, it will be a good start on the line up.  

 

The rain is supposed to stop around noon Sunday.  But be prepared for wet streets and possible rain.  Charge up your batteries NOW if you haven’t done it already.  I’ll post an assignment list shortly,  and will bring copies of that also.

  Here is the tentative line-up so far. We will be shuffling them today to get them in proper order. The ones in black are confirmed; the ones in pink are not, but might show up any way. I will send an update later today, when we finish our work.

  I have assigned the announcing task then to Sister Jeanine Easley. She will do a great job. Sister Carol Geck will back her up. 

  Please let the operators know they really do need to stay close to their assigned officer so when things happen they will be able to respond.

Dear Sir or Mam,

  I would like to remind you of this invitation for your organization to participate in the 2016 Patuxent River Appreciation Day (PRAD) Parade, Sunday October 9th lining up at 1 pm on Solomons Island. This is the second largest parade in our area and we always have a great time joining the Shrine Parade Group and local Frist Responders, civic leaders, schools and youth groups to march down the middle of Solomons Island. So, please mark your calendars and plan to participate again this year in this wonderful parade.

   Please find attached an Invitation Letter, Memo of Instructions, Float, marching band and Parade Route information. If you are interested in participating, simply respond to me via email to Register and I will make that happen. I do ask that you provide a short bit of biographical information we may provide to the announcer so he may properly introduce you as you pass our reviewing stand. Otherwise, this could not be any easier to do. If you have any questions, feel to contact me at any time. We look forward to hosting your organization for the 2016 PRAD Parade.
