I suggest the following:
	Reduce the deviation for the Morse code Identifier (it seemed really
loud today).  
	For the voice identifier, also announce the PL frequency (this seems
to be the normal practice for most repeaters I hear locally).
	Decide whether (or not) to use a courtesy tone.  Some repeaters do,
some do not.
	Re-transmit the PL tone so folks who have tone-squelch (CTCSS) can
use that function on their receivers (if that is not presently done).
