[K3CAL] Field Day Committee Email redirector

I've updated the fieldday at k3cal.org email address to point to the
current members of the Field Day Committee.  If anyone has any questions
or comments or otherwise need to communicate with that committee that's
the address to use.

Also, the Field Day Planning page on the website has been updated to
include items that have been volunteered.  If you want to go ahead and
put your name down for bringing something send an email to the Committee
and we'll get you on the list.
