The Board avails itself to the membership each and every month.  We had
non-Board members at the last Board meeting where issues were discussed.
 You, however, were not present.  In fact, the last Board meeting you
attended it was you that started yelling and threatening people.  I have
yet to make any threats and I am not hiding.

I have yet to insult anyone.

I recommend this as your next course of action.  Write a petition to
remove the President and Vice President from office and, in accordance
with Article I, Section 8 of the By-Laws, find six or more Full Members,
in good standing, to sign the petition and then present it to the
President or Vice President.  They will present it to the Board and will
bring it before the membership at the next General Meeting.  From there
if you get 2/3 the vote of those Full Members present, an election needs
to happen.  It's that simple.  These are the rules the club has decided
in which to use to deal with issues from the membership.

The throwing around of baseless accusations is not helpful.  Either file
your grievances, with citations, to the Board or stop polluting the
community with these attacks.
