You just don't get it to stop the yelling in the bickering you need to have
a meeting with the two individuals face-to-face not over email. Something
you can hide behind and threaten but I don't see you be in that kind of
person. You and Ed need to address this but I don't think you want to you
are man enough to do this. It's easier to hide behind the computer. If we
threatened everybody every time they yelled and complying we would be a
bunch of misfits. At seems to be the way were going. I will say again try
apologizing to the people you have insulted it goes a long way. I have
apologized several times but I'm still the bad guy. I'm part of the Dave and
Bob show that just shows you the way you guys think. I would hope that would
be a good thing but evidently not. It's get to the heart of the problem and
resolve that issue. I remember when you were Bob were close friends as well
as myself

Please provide citations to back up your words.  Otherwise they are just

There was no secret board meeting in January.  There was a special board
meeting that went into executive session pursuit to Article III, Sections 7
and 8 of the By-Laws.

I have yet to see any changes to the Constitution or By-Laws presented by
the President or any member of the Board.  The only proposal on the table is
one that was provided by two members of the club.

Specifically, how are we trying to destroy the club?  Seriously, I want a
list of your grievances, with citations, provided to the Board and the
membership because I honestly don't see anyone but the two past Presidents
being anything but bullies based on the past emails that have been sent to
this list and the actions in General and Board meetings that have been
witnessed by members of this organization.  You may think it's okay to throw
baseless accusations at people but it's not.

Then might I suggestion you don't start screaming?  Speaking in a normal
voice with rational thoughts would likely be a good start.  Name calling is
just juvenile.

Oddly, neither the Constitution nor the By-Laws provide for a minimum amount
of time as an amateur radio operator to hold any office.
Further, I don't see anything regarding the technical radio abilities of
the President listed in the By-Laws (Article IV, Section 2).   Since no
one objected or otherwise ran against the current President I'm assuming no
one else had any reservations of his abilities.  You seem to have your own
prejudices against the President that are unfounded in either the
Constitution or the By-Laws.

Can we please stop all the bickering and name calling and get back to the
hobby?  These baseless claims are not helpful and only drive a wedge into
our community.
