Eric,

As Bill stated above, it does not say in the bylaws section that you quoted
that the president has the authority to disband a committee at his or her
whim.

Again, not trying to be negative or derisive here.  I'm saying that I just
don't think you know exactly what you're doing or how this stuff works.
