I Beg to differ!
There are 3 committees Which are part of the By-Laws and there is no
provisions to disband them. The positions inside of the committees are
appointed by the president, However there is no rules in place to disband
those committees .

 Other committees may be established as the president Wishes and those and
only those committees maybe disbanded once their Duty's, obligations,
purpose has been fulfilled.
